We are looking for a Supply Chain Forecast Analyst - B2B who will be responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with B2B Customers, Sales and Marketing Teams, and with the Supply Chain Teams, and tracked using spreadsheets, SAP, and internal Systems and Tools. You will be responsible for managing a range of products and/or Accounts and will work with Planners within the Department. You will publish summaries and reports for distribution internally and/or with Customers.
You will be the primary point of contact for all supply-related issues related to their products/Accounts at the Sales Subsidiary. You will also interact closely with Customers and with internal teams, including Senior Management.
Role and Responsibilities: Customer Forecasting by Product. Consensus Calls with Distribution Customers. Sell-Thru Forecasting and Inventory Simulation. Report Creation and Distribution. Required Experience and Education: Minimum 3-5 years work experience in relevant field. Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar. Experience with forecasting and operational experience on the supplier chain side. Some corporate experience working with Excel, PowerPoint and experience working with leadership in the company. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook. Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Ability to interact with all levels of Management including Executives. Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building at the Executive level. Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment. Must be available to work overtime as required. Specific vision abilities required by the job include the ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
