Supply Chain Inventory Mgmt Manager, Supply ChainCome build the future with us. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Inventory Health Manager to join the Supply Chain team in Brazil.
This role is based in São Paulo Office.
As an Inventory Health Manager, you will work at the interface between Operations, Business, Supply Chain Tech teams, and Amazon's suppliers to lead cross-functional supply chain projects to reduce cost to serve and drive tactical initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for designing and building new processes, driving solutions, and implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives; partnering with multiple teams to maximize product availability and reduce defects across the BR network.
Successful candidates will be those able to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results. They should also have a strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have superb data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working with cross-functional teams. This role will require close collaboration internally with operations, business, technology, and finance teams and externally with vendors.
Key job responsibilities: Lead metrics implementation to improve customer availability, increase inventory efficiency, and eliminate supply chain defects;Connect with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and create narratives to support their implementation, and drive adoption of automated tools/processes;Own regular weekly reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals;Benchmark other marketplaces and geographies to leverage best-in-class solutions, working with global peers to implement the necessary tools in Brazil;Analyze data to understand key drivers for supply-chain cost and identify recommendations and actions based on these findings;Improve processes to increase turns at the Fulfillment Center level (and sortability) considering each site's strategy, automating to reduce manual touchpoints and increase process efficiency;Track metrics and implement actions to reduce unhealthy and overstock continuously.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree;
- Experience in inventory planning, operations, retail, consulting, and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results;
- SQL knowledge;
- Advanced English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in Retail Operations/E-commerce;
- Python knowledge.
