Overall Responsibilities Program manage execution activities for change management and business user validations. Plan and organize complex projects, including tracking deliverables, prioritization, and reporting outcomes. Effectively monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations. Build strong working relationships by collaborating with cross functional teams and other program managers. Identify opportunities for supply chain operational improvements and promote project management best practices. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Track and monitor the project progress with an execution plan with deliverables, owners and milelines for the assigned domain - change management or UAT Schedule and lead teams meetings with a clear agenda to drive discussions on the project status, outstanding deliverables and risks. Wrap up meeting with clear notes on discussions and next steps Proactive follow-ups with team members on the critical deliverables, remove roadblocks and enable forward momentum to take activities to closure in a timely manner. Provide clear communication to all stakeholders and build awareness on the program activities (meeting notes or emails) Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role) 5+ years experience in Supply Chain program/project management with focus on planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, logistics 2-3 years of experience in successfully planning and testing supply chain software and processes Understands the basics of ADKAR principles for change management Curiosity to understand the details behind the execution tasks and able to follow complicated instructions, while analyzing the situation before acting Experience working with a certain amount of chaos and ambiguity, and comfortable defining the execution progress under uncertainty with help from teammates Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in Supply Chain Management (familiarity with the concepts), UAT Execution, Change Management, self-driven, Communication, Technical Acumen Experience Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) Google Apps Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role) Proven track record for good execution on large-scale process definition, enabling systems, and compute/network/data center infrastructure in an agile environment Demonstrated proficiency in engaging a wide variety of subject matter experts and functional leads to solve complex issues, capable of "rolling up the sleeves and getting hands dirty" Understand the immediate needs and design and build processes and tools for scale and can contribute ideas Analytical acumen is a plus Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $51.00/Hr - USD $57.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
