Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.

Job Description: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management, key account management preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.Experience working in warehouse and logistics management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and logistics management software.Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growth through the development of tailored logistics solutions.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
