Global Purchasing Strategy is seeking a talented candidate to join the Learning and Development Team to assess, design, administer and evaluate learning solutions. The successful candidate will create a strategy to identify and close employee skill gaps, job role understanding, and E2E Sourcing strategy to achieve corporate goals. The position will interface with other stakeholders within Ford Purchasing including Corporate Strategy and VHMs and engage with all Job Families. This position is a range of salary grades 7-8

What you'll do...
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, job families, and consultants
Develop and implement learning strategies for upskilling efforts
Design e-learning courses, Degreed career plans, and/or workshops
Evaluate individual and organization development needs through KPIs and surveys
Administer various learning methods (instructor, independent, on-line training, blended)
Support Global Strategy Business Office and Cross-Functional Teams objectives for learning
Lead and support other strategic training initiatives as they arise or as identified
Drive assessment of training content to increase speed and effectiveness of role execution
Support Legal and Mandatory Compliance Training
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of Supply Chain/Purchasing experience
Global Automotive Industry knowledge including OEMs, Suppliers, Supply Chain, Value Chain, Strategic Partnerships, Commodities, Business Models, etc.

Strong presentation and organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong teaching skills and ability to help and lead others
Strong Business Acumen, Strategic Planning and Critical Thinking. Courage to lead and change
Self-Starter with strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail while demonstrating the ability to work effectively in unstructured environments
