Performance Objectives:
90 Days: • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Galactic's systems and business operations.
• Take full ownership of inventory management and supply chain processes to ensure efficient workflows.
• Create forecast communication process with all entities.
180 Days: • Propose and implement improvement recommendations for existing supply chain systems.
• Assume responsibility for forecasting and demonstrate the ability to negotiate with vendors to control costs and optimize supply efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive analytical reports to drive decision making.
365 Days: • Become fully integrate into the business, managing all aspects of the supply chain with confidence and driving continuous improvement across the department.
