Supply Chain Transformation Specialist (APLA Outbound) We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Transformation Specialist to join our team and support our transportation modernization initiatives within the Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) region. In this role, you will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize our transportation management systems (TMS) and processes.
Job Details Length of assignment: Temp to Hire Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 Pay: $47 - $53 per hour Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri (8 AM – 5 PM) This is an onsite position. Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or planning (or a combination of education and experience as outlined below).
Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and their functionalities.
Proven ability to manage and support large-scale transformational change initiatives.
Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to adapt to a work schedule that may vary due to collaborating with teams in different time zones.
Prior experience working in the Asia Pacific and/or Latin America a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred (see alternative qualifications below).
PhD or Law Degree + 1 year of relevant experience
Master's Degree + 0-3 years of relevant experience
Associate's Degree + 1-3 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma + 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay Details: $47.00 to $53.00 per hour
