Job Description:
TravelCenters of America is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This position is part-time and is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers- Manage calendars and schedules for team members- Assist with event planning and coordination- Handle incoming calls and emails- Perform research and analysis as required- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 3 years of experience in an administrative support role- Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong people management and communication skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
