### Responsibilities

- **Reporting**: Assist in compiling reports on customer feedback and support metrics. Review trends and suggest enhancements based on customer interactions and internal assessments.

- **Training Support**: Participate in the onboarding of new team members by sharing insights and best practices related to customer interactions and company policies.

- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the support operations. Propose solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.

### Qualifications

**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in any field preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**:
- No prior work experience is required. Previous experience in customer service or office support is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software. Familiarity with tech products and services is advantageous.
