Jones Financial is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Officer to join our team as a remote worker based in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities:1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and follow-up communication.3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.4. Provide general administrative support to the team, such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or administrative role.3.
