Hire, train, and retain 2-person survey teams, including party chief and technicians Manage and quality control the day-to-day operation of the survey fieldwork and office work. Supervise CADD technicians for the topographic survey, utility designation, and right-of-way plats. Coordinate with Engineering Project Managers regarding project scope, schedule, and budget. Provide management and oversight to our Land Surveying Division. Manage and schedule all survey field crews. Lead proposal and contract preparation and review. Performance of ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary determination and computation, construction stakeout, topographic and hydro surveys, metes and bounds descriptions. Business development, project management, quality, staffing, personnel, client relations, financial performance and business plan.
