Be Accountable and Responsible
Develop and execute MERGE's channel sales strategy, evaluating existing partner programs while forging new relationships to drive substantial new revenue streams
Lead the end-to-end channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including partner recruitment and readiness, aligning our revenue targets
Articulate a compelling vision for the team and organization, crafting a precise strategy and execution plan to drive growth
Define operational plans for the channel business, encompassing systems, processes, and talent development
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and other teams to advocate for partner needs and execute a cohesive cross-functional strategy
Develop strategies and incentives to enhance partner profitability, while understanding our customers'' businesses to drive mutual success
These are the qualifications we're looking for
12+ years of experience building dynamic alliances with Salesforce and Adobe
Proficiency in Salesforce and Adobe platforms and solutions, with a clear understanding of their offerings and how they fit into the broader market landscape
Lead progressive partnerships in diverse partner ecosystems, demonstrating a proven knack for crafting and steering successful channel programs
Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and develop actionable insights
