What's the Job? Maintain IT/OT Infrastructure systems (hardware and software) for 24/7/365 critical real-time operations facilities. Support users of OT Infrastructure systems. Ensure and provide documentation for compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Participate in a team culture of consistency, transparency, adaptability, and understood accountability. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and peripherals. Install, update and patch operating systems, firmware, and software packages. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years system administration related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years system administration related experience Minimum of 2 years' System Administration related experience (in addition to any experience identified above) Detailed knowledge and experience is desired in the following areas:
1. Windows and Linux Operating Systems
2. HP Server and Workstation Hardware
3. TCP/IP Networking
4. Remote Computer Management
