System Administrator Overview In this role you will lead the administration and maintenance of our Syteline ERP software. You will also provide level one network user support as well as function as the primary liaison between Piranha and our external Managed Service Provider. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security. Develop and maintain SSRS reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available. Manage and support integrated applications, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards. Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues. Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance. Open, manage and resolve application issues with external application vendors. Prepares and maintains system documentation. Engage in and oversee basic and intermediate network administration tasks, such as the creation, modification, and maintenance of user accounts, mailboxes, printers, group policy, network security, etc. Escalate level one tickets to MSP if necessary and monitor resolution. Prioritize IT initiatives/proposals and provide recommendations to CEO/CFO. Participate in regular meetings with the MSP. REQUIREMENTS: · Associate's degree (A. A.) or better from an accredited college or technical school or three years+ of related experience in a Microsoft network environment. · Three years+ experience managing Syteline ERP. · Strong background in manufacturing systems and reporting tools. · Foundational knowledge of windows desktop and server administration, firewalls, Microsoft exchange mailbox & client management, and similar technologies.
