Job DescriptionWe are looking for a System Engineer to support the development of tools and processes for requirements management to construct Safety Cases and validate that vehicles are safe enough to be deployed for autonomous driving.
As part of the functional safety office, knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety or a similar standard would be appreciated.
Responsibilities:Develop requirements and system development status throughout the program lifecycle.Develop Safety Cases as per Safety/System requirements.Develop and maintain tools to automate requirement development tasks (including traceability).Develop and maintain dashboards to illustrate progress against targets.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in automotive engineering, Aerospace, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
5+ years of experience in automotive, aerospace, or other relevant industries.
2+ years of experience in managing requirements.
Experience with Python for automation of tasks and APIs.
Experience designing and developing automated dashboards using data visualization tools such as Grafana or Looker.
Experience with at least one of the following standards: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO 21448.
