SUMMARY
The market and recruiting needs are always changing and TA team members are skilled and easily adapt to change. So, in this role, you will work towards becoming a subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work with urgency, the ability to build prospect pipelines (sourcing), and an interest in process improvement with administrative support prowess. This role requires either education or work experience in recruiting and staffing, plus functioning knowledge of human resources and/or marketing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Talent Administrative (60%)
Support the implementation, communication of policies, processes, and procedures. Maintain effective and positive relationships with candidates and TAS as they progress through the recruiting process, communicating through all stages of the hiring process and providing closure as needed Provide communication with candidates and TAS during recruitment cycle ensuring timely updates and smooth transitions throughout each stage in the hiring process. Support TAS with searches, opening requisitions, moving candidates in applicant workflow, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, initiating onboarding process Ensure appropriate administrative and assigned compliance responsibilities are met during the recruiting cycle Update and maintain accurate candidate records in multiple systems and on multiple platforms for applicant tracking system. Maintain candidate data for compliance, reporting, and measuring performance metrics. Assist with new hire onboarding planning and delivery and needed. Contribute new ideas and support process improvement needs Assist in the development and implementation of talent-team initiatives. Talent Acquisition (40%)
Develop, create, and support creating recruitment material, social media campaigns, video creation, etc. Actively source and support open searches building additional pipelines in the CRM Review and qualify candidates for Talent Acquisition Specialists to submit to hiring managers Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists as they consult with hiring managers to provide recruiting expertise on all hiring initiatives through regular follow-up efforts Candidate source activities including advertising, screening, job alignment and interviews by leveraging online resources and ATS. Develop and maintain a network of contacts, recruitment resources and a talent pipeline to help identify qualified candidates. Work with staffing companies as needed. Nurture a positive online presence through business and social networks. Support diversity outreach on various job boards Collaborate and participate in recruiting events, diversity & military recruiting, and support marketing awareness QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a recruiting and/or marketing or human resources environment is required with a focus on recruiting. Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws required. Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Ability to speak read and write fluent English. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on communication of channel operations. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and management through complex issues. Analytical: Detail-oriented with ability to organize, prioritize and work independently. Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills. Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity; comfort sharing insight and perspective with all levels of the organization. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Self-guided, motivated professional that works thoroughly to the logical end of a task, requesting appropriate assistance when necessary. Technology: Experience with ATS, LMS and HRIS. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office programs. Other: Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and judgement, ability to adapt to change in direction and prioritize in fast-paced environment. BENEFITS

The hourly role pays $22.00 - $24.00 / per hour (based upon knowledge, abilities, and experience). LOCATION
