We're looking for a Data Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a TA Data Specialist for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you are a data driven expert, passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You have the ability to analyze raw data and apply it to our recruitment processes to improve hiring, candidate experience, and overall recruitment outcomes. In this role you will collaborate with various teams including talent acquisition, human resources, internal clients, and 3rd party vendors.
\n ResponsibilitiesWeekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduled reporting. Random reporting as needed.Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Implement new audits and changes for process improvements.Understand Talent KPIs and goals. Monitor trends and industry benchmarks.Create new reports or adjust existing ones based on requests.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive recruitment data.Other job duties as assigned. SkillsiCIMS experience, preferred.ATS and/or HRIS experience, required.Advanced Excel and reporting skills required. Power BI experience a plus.Passion for leveraging data to enhance decision making and meet hiring goals.Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or a related field.2-3 years experience in data analytics and reporting.Recruiting experience preferred.
