As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of a motivated team of HR professionals, passionate about attracting, welcoming, and developing our talent at Barco.
You are responsible for the selection & recruitment of new colleagues within our different business units and functional domains within the Americas.
In addition, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with initiatives such as employer branding, onboarding, and campus recruitment events.
Your responsibilities: Sourcing and recruitment of different profiles at different levels. You will be responsible for the entire process from the intake with the hiring manager to the creation of the offer letters.Sourcing through different channels (such as LinkedIn) and building talent pools in various areas of expertise are crucial to evolve towards a more strategic and proactive way of recruiting.You select suitable candidates via telephone screenings, selection interviews, and assessments.You focus on an excellent "candidate experience" throughout the process and make proposals to continuously improve this.You are also responsible for internal selections and help grow our internal talent mobility.First point of contact for hiring managers for all internal and external selections:You ensure that the recruitment process runs as lean as possible, provide regular updates on the status of the process, and generate reports on a variety of metrics.If applicable, you coordinate and manage our external selection partners (agencies) and ensure that our service level agreements and schedules are met.As Talent Acquisition Partner, you participate in various Talent Acquisition Projects such as enhancing our recruitment process, the development and implementation of our employer brand.You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
Your profile: 3+ years experience in selection and recruitment and employer branding, preferably in an international context.Excellent knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and what the optimal recruitment marketing strategy is to attract the right candidates.Flexible in terms of scheduling interviews in the candidates' time zones.A professional and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.You take initiative, can independently pull a project from A to Z and do not shy away from bringing in new proposals that improve the functioning of the team.You connect smoothly with different stakeholders both internally and externally and show the discretion your HR role requires.You are a self-starter, results-oriented and passionate about your job.Let's "wow" you with:
