Candidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, (focus in the Human Resource field a plus). 5+ years proven experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a fully integrated energy company with an international presence. This will have given the candidate an in-depth knowledge of recruiting best practices as well as regulations related to hiring. Effective written & verbal communications skills in order to effectively interface & influence across all levels of the organization and with external parties. Proven ability to use data analytics to measure & improve recruiting activitie Proficiency in recruiting technology such as an ATS, LinkedIn and Broadbean required Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Internet research. Activities Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, engage, and assess candidates for various roles within our organization. Utilize technology tools for efficient sourcing and assessment. Drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Reputation: Be the face of TEAS to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Build a reputation for reliability, clarity, and critical thinking. Strategic Impact: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with our business goals.
