Opportunity Overview: We're looking for a dynamic and high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-paced, passionate Talent Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in recruiting top talent across various areas of the business. Whether it's managing non-technical, high-volume, non-exempt hiring (40 to over 100 hires per month), or sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for teams like Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product, your expertise will make a significant impact.
The ideal candidate thrives on process-driven tasks, demonstrates strong communication and technical skills, and has the ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively. You will also handle a high volume of applications and inquiries, all while staying flexible and ready to take on new responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve. What you will do: Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer for multiple requisitionsHost Open House events and Group Interview sessions, partnering with Operations leadership to understand business needs and execute on them independentlyFacilitate and schedule candidate group interviewsManage waitlists and provide adequate communication to prospective candidatesPartner with Talent Acquisition leaders and People Business Partnership to understand business needs and execute on them independentlyPartner with Hiring Managers to provide strategic direction and thought partnership from job kickoff and calibration to offerUtilize data for reporting and to influence hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrityProactively manage the hiring pipeline to maintain strong alignment with Hiring Managers, setting realistic expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the processFind, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Indeed, LinkedIn and alternative sourcing techniquesUtilize our ATS to track, manage, and efficiently maintain candidate and requisition dataActively participate in weekly team meetings, including sourcing power hours to support niche requisitionsInteract professionally and positively with all business partners in the organizationAd Hoc projects and reportingYour background & requirements: Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting, required; minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting, strongly preferredExperience with Google Suite, strongly preferredExperience with an ATS required, experience with Greenhouse, strongly preferredExperience working in a remote environment, requiredExtensive knowledge of sourcing techniques and platformsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlinesDemonstrates business acumen, with the ability to understand market trends, financial implications, and strategic opportunities to drive organizational successCan work on multiple complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions and the ability to see projects to completion with limited supervisionExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyMaintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focusWe can't wait to learn more about you and meet you at Cohere Health! The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
