The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing, implementing and administering organizational and human resources plans, policies and programs related to recruitment, selection and retention of employees. In addition to these responsibilities, this position will also provide support as needed in areas of training and development, benefits compensation, safety and other day to day tasks or projects.
Essential Accountabilities Recruiting for all company positions. Managing Applicant Tracking System. Posting open job positions. Creation of Job Descriptions and updating with support from the HR Manager. Phone screening, resume reviews, and setting up interviews. Interviewing debrief sessions for Exempt/Non-Exempt positions. Managing Recruiting firm contracts and updating as needed. Consolidating and updating Organizational Charts. Attending career fairs. Administering recruitment assessments. Updating/Consolidating organizational charts. Coordinating on-site interview processes. Coordination of travel arrangements for interviewee. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems that align with corporate mission, vision, values, strategic initiatives and annual business plans. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continuous improvement in efficiency of department and services performed. Assist Environmental, Health & Safety Manager with safety related initiatives and administration. Perform all other duties as assigned by VP of Human Resources. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
