Talent Attraction Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Talent Attraction Specialist for our internal Non-Clinical Healthcare and Behavioral Health sector! This position will be based out of the Greater Phoenix area and will be focused on recruiting for non-clinical healthcare and behavioral health positions. Interested candidates must sit in the Greater Phoenix area, as there will be instances where going in-office will be necessary. This position includes a base salary and uncapped commission, as well as the opportunity to work remotely. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 3 years of professional experience within business development, marketing, human resources and/or a similar field Must be proficient working within multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial screenings, including a high volume of phone correspondence, and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and hiring goals Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing regular updates, preparing them for client interviews, and supporting their transition into new roles Utilize and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate details, job orders, and placement metrics Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and that placements comply with local, state, and federal employment laws Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette Ability to work well in a fast-paced enviornment and adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day Strong motivation skills and able to be goal-oriented and strive to grow and succeed Can work well and be productive as an individual contributor and work well in a team enviornment Able to work within multiple software systems throughout the day Can meet KPI requirements as outlined by management
