What You'll Do: As a Talent Operations Intern at Xometry, you'll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations, including employee records, benefits administration, and payroll. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to gain valuable insights and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Talent Operations department..
