Job Title:Tax Manager [MULTIPLE POSITIONS]

Duties:Providing advice with respect to tax consequences of business transactions, including the research, review, documentation, and implementation of tax positions that support these transactions. Undertaking projects to respond to business and tax law changes, including optimizing global value flows and reviewing the characterizations of software sales and assessing associated withholding tax costs. Supporting transfer pricing requirements, including creating and updating transfer pricing reports, consensus determinations and preparation of related documentation. Supporting the setting and testing of tax requirements in ERPs system. Assisting in M&A due diligence and integration activities, including the integration of newly acquired IP into global structures, and assisting with coordinating and determining the tax implications of global legal entity integration project. Developing comprehensive tax integration project plan that includes all tax workstream and functional tasks. Managing integration steps to achieve project milestones. Collaborating with business and other corporate stakeholders. Collaborating with other stakeholders in a cross functional environment.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Taxation, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Tax Manager-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
Working in public accounting or internal corporate tax department;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, which include spreadsheet creation and documentation in Excel and PowerPoint as well as memos in Microsoft Word;
Utilizing Adobe Acrobat;
Working with tax financial reporting (provision), international tax, transfer pricing, M&A, and general corporate tax principles;
Project management and overseeing project milestones;
Providing advice with respect to tax consequences of business transactions, including the research, review, documentation, and implementation of tax positions that support these transactions.
Telecommuting may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
