We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Partner to join our hardworking and dedicated team at Beech Green, working 1:1 with children with complex Special Educational Needs. If you already have expertise in this field, then we'd love to hear from you. However, if you are someone who has a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs but don't yet have the qualifications, then this could be the post for you. The successful applicant needs to have high expectations, be adaptable and be a good team player. This is a very rewarding post but does require some specialist knowledge. However, further high quality and specialised training can be arranged for the right applicant.
