The relief team lead with help with leading and training of production team to injury/incident-free performance in a continuous manufacturing environment consistent with our MBM® management philosophy. Coordinate and assist Production Leader with production efforts that result in sustained improvement in all associated work processes including: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance, reliability, quality, production and cost. Align and optimize the operation to delivering maximum value to the business. Facilitate team and employee development, and problem-solving and resolution. Build employee commitment and ownership. Hold employees accountable and develop a culture in which employees are empowered and responsible. What You Will Do Assist the Production Team Leads with assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving issues. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Complete all paperwork and analysis in a timely and efficient manner. Be responsible for assisting in the training and development of new hires. Contribute to the Fort Dodge Plant exceeding site goals including EHS, productivity, quality, and cost. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) A high school diploma or equivalent Experience in the Gypsum industry What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline Four years' experience in Gypsum Hiring Philosophy
