Responsibilities
• Serve as hiring manager in Manager/Assistant Manager's absence• Complete employee work schedules and evaluations• Handle customer complaints• Oversee store operation, inventory, and stock rotation• Perform administrative and clerical tasks• Train employees and follow cash handling procedures• Maintain sales records and reports• Order supplies as needed
Requirements
• Full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting• Excellent character references and sense of responsibility• Valid Driver's License• High school diploma or equivalent• One year of management experience
