Role: Technical Writer Location: Corvallis, OR 5 Days : 5 Days Onsite 12+ Months Contract or Direct Fulltime Technical Skills: 1. Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering.
2. Deliver high-quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews.
3. Constantly engage with development teams and other customer-facing SMEs to develop user-interface documentation.
4. Ability to work with limited supervision including: A little or no supervision in the pursuit of established goals and the resolution of complex issues as they arise.
5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to technology, tools, and processes.
6. A strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and complete the projects within deadlines.
Process Skills: 1. A self-starter and a quick learner to adapt to tools and processes within a short-time period.
2. Good command of English language with good oral and written communication skills.
3. Excellent verbal/non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
4. Working knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Suites, and/or Git/GitHub.
