Role Summary: As a Technical Architect, you will be the fulcrum of our technology solutions, weaving technical intricacies with the art of the possible on the Salesforce platform. Your role is pivotal in turning functional requirements into architectural blueprints that stand as monuments of innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Steer the technical direction during design and development, keeping an uncompromising eye on the highest quality deliverables. Align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring a smooth marriage between form and function. System Architecture & Design Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, creating robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Ensure that designed architectures are in harmony with enterprise-wide standards and best practices. Integration Oversight Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. Guide the use of integration patterns and tools most apt for each scenario. Performance Tuning Monitor system health, ensuring optimized performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Recommend and implement performance enhancements, ensuring the system remains agile amidst evolving demands. Team Collaboration & Mentorship Collaborate with Functional Architects, Developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and solution alignment. Mentor junior team members, nurturing a culture of technical excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree is preferred. A solid foundation with years of experience as a Technical Architect, especially within the Salesforce platform. Relevant Salesforce certifications, with emphasis on architecture and system design. In-depth understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, best practices, and limitations. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to think out of the box. Exceptional communication skills, adept at breaking down complex technicalities into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
