Liberty Mutual Technology's Global Digital Services organization is searching fora highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager(TPM) to lead ourFoundationsProgram.Foundationsisthe basis for how we all work together to enable technology-centric capabilities at Liberty Mutual to bridge all aspects of our operations: business units, organizations & functions, process, products & services, personas & roles. This will be enabled through a consistent and ubiquitous language, known as Enterprise Metadata, and through a common set of processes, tools, and experiences.
TheFoundationsTPM will focus on current and future key initiativesand will play a pivotal role inoverseeing the implementation, integration, optimization, and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives, helping make more informed investment decisions, and driving positive organizational change through stakeholder alignment,adoptionand on-going governance.

Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap forFoundations, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand driving successful implementation and governance across business units and departments.
Leadership and Team Management:Lead andfacilitatecross-functional team discussions, fosteringcollaboration,accountabilitythroughoutthe adoption oftechnology solutions.
Vendor Management:Manage technology vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.
Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies to address resistance,facilitatecultural shifts, and ensure smooth adoption and ongoing governance oftechnology solutions.
Risk Management:Identifyanddevelopmitigation strategies forpotential risks associated with the modernization efforts, ensuring thetimelydelivery of high-value business outcomes across the enterprise.
Communication:Exceptional communication skills,includingactive listening skills, allow you to conveytechnicalinformationeffectivelyto diverse groups of stakeholders across a variety of different formatsand serve as the primary point of contact for creating and delivering program communications.
Continuous improvement:Identifyopportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices within the program's lifecycles.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master'sdegree in technical or business discipline.
Minimum10+ years of Program / Project Management or implementation consulting experience including delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
Exceptional leadership abilitiesandhighly developedinterpersonal skillsdrive andachieve major transformationaloutcomes through influence,while lackingdirect reporting authority.
Critical thinking skills toenable contributionsto solving complex business problems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability tocreate andleveragedata to drive decision-making.
