At Graham Technologies, we deliver solutions that empower our clients to achieve their missions efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead a team in providing SharePoint services for a critical project in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:Lead a small team (2-4 members) in delivering SharePoint services.Manage project schedules, risks, and other project management activities.Ensure delivery of SharePoint support services within cost, schedule, quality, and scope requirements.Utilize tools like MS Project for schedule management, SharePoint for project reporting, and requirements/task management.Take ownership and accountability for project deliverables and milestones.Conduct business analysis activities, including process elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation.Perform requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation (e.g., use cases, user stories, and system requirements).Develop and present SharePoint-based solutions tailored to client needs.Review and interpret technical documents, installation instructions, and procedural manuals.Maintain a high level of attention to detail, quality, and deadlines.Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.Lead and participate in reviews, meetings, and technical evaluations.Support architecture and design reviews to align solutions with organizational guidelines and governance.Provide short-term consultations and advice on technical issues, design, development, and deployment.Ensure documentation meets clarity, readability, and conformance standards.Develop a process for 24/7 critical incident support with designated resources.Deliver timely alerts and notifications for potentially high-impact technical issues.Required Skills and Experience:Active DoD Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of project management and team leadership experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with Agile methodologies.Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements development, testing, and training.At least 8 years of professional functional/technical experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.Excellent client relationship, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Desired Qualifications:PMP or Scrum Master Certification.Prior federal government experience.Familiarity with SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE), SharePoint Online, and future SharePoint versions.Knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies.
