Reporting to the SVP, IT and Development, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that all large development projects are effectively and efficiently executed and delivered successfully against internal client expectations, and delivered on-time, on-budget and error-free.
The successful candidate must be within driving distance of Horsham, PA and willing/able to meet in-person 1-2 times per month.
Communication related responsibilities:Act as primary point of contact throughout a large development project's lifecycle (i.e., from initial request in Jira/Trello to completion and validation of effectiveness) and communicate to all stakeholders in a clear, efficient and timely fashion.Schedule and lead all periodic status update calls/meetings for assigned projects.Resolve any project issues originating from calls or internal groups.Execution of Deliverables related responsibilities:Direct and manage the execution of all client projects from inception through completion. Assess job requirements, resources, milestones, and deliverables ensuring collaboration and efficiency throughout. Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide experienced-based input to ensure that all project objectives are met within desired parameters.Develop, implement, and manage project plans and communicate objectives, priorities, and goals among internal teams to ensure that all assigned projects are accomplished collaboratively, on-schedule and meet company standards.As the primary interface between project requestor/owner and the development team, the project manager proactively monitors and controls project execution with all team members throughout the lifecycle of a project; updates teams on progress and addresses obstacles and concerns to maintain quality job output.Process & Workflow related responsibilities:Accountable for internal adherence to workflow and process management focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity.Effectively employ project management methodology throughout the lifecycle of all projects ensuring quality control and flawless execution of intermediary and final project submissions.Regularly implement executional improvements and share best practices broadly across the company.In addition to a competitive salary, you'll enjoy:
