We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. The Technical Recruiter will focus on proactively identifying and engaging highly skilled technical professionals who align with our organization's needs and culture. This role is designed for someone with a deep passion for technology and talent acquisition, who thrives on building relationships and uncovering hidden talent. The Technical Recruiter will be aligned to and support Cognitiv's Engineering and Science departments.   You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure we attract and retain the best talent to drive our innovation and growth.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to providing a best-in-class candidate experience. This position will be for 6 months, with the potential to extend or convert to full time based on business needs. This position will be located in Bellevue WA with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).  
\n ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employee referralsInitiate contact with potential candidates through personalized outreach to generate interest in open positionsConduct initial screenings to assess candidate fitSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teamsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamicsProvide market insights and data to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomesWork with hiring managers to craft and extend competitive job offersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS RequirementsProven experience in sourcing technical talent, preferably in a fast paced, high growth environmentStrong understanding of technical roles and technologies (e.g. software engineering, data science, machine learning, AI, research)Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environmentAbility to use data to drive decisions and optimize sourcing efforts Preferred QualificationsExperience sourcing for niche or hard-to-fill technical positionsFamiliarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practicesExperience with Lever ATS Salary$55-$65/hr DOE
