We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Consultant to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will find, screen, and assist the hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for primarily information technology and program operations roles. You will work with hiring manager(s) to understand their staffing needs, create job postings, source and contact potential candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process. You may also be required to provide guidance on industry standards and maintain a network of contacts and candidates. This is a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with hiring managers to define the requirements, expectations, and benefits of IT roles.
Write and post clear and attractive job descriptions on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Identify and reach out to potential candidates using various sourcing methods, such as referrals, databases, online tools, and events.
Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes, skills, and qualifications, using criteria such as education, experience, certifications, and technical abilities.
Conduct interviews with candidates, using behavioral and technical questions, as well as assessments and tests.
Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate further interviews and evaluations.
Assist in the negotiations of salary and benefits with candidates and prepare offer letters.
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Keep track of the hiring metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the IT industry and recruitment.
CLEARANCE: US citizen eligible for clearance
REQUIRED SKILLS: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Experience with both cleared and noncleared positions
Knowledge of the IT industry, its terminology, roles, and technologies.
Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media, and online platforms.
Experience with: JazzHR, Monster, ClearedJobs.net, LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Creativity and innovation in finding and attracting talent.
Passion and enthusiasm for IT and recruitment.
