Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes. Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
