Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: responding to and resolving all assigned service calls in an efficient and professional manner
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance, to maximize client satisfactionAvailable to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours.Work in compliance with the Company's polices and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times.Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete,Maintain professional licensing as required by State and Local jurisdictions.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: All work is performed to Company standards and quality installation techniques are practiced.Repair and/or restore all systems per specifications and in conjunction with any pertaining building and or electrical codes.Test all systems and equipment, after repairs are made, to ensure performance of system Work with Field Engineers on startup to ensure complete system compliance.Daily communications with Service Coordinator on delays, requirements and general status of Service Work Orders.Repair, restore and test all systems per specifications and in conjunction with any pertaining building and or electrical codes.Technician only-24hr on-call rotation.Assist on installation projects when required.Work at required heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or other.Work in confined spaces as necessary.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years working in the electronic field with daily use of AC/DC theoryAbility to read blue prints and schematics as evidenced by 1 year of experienceBasic computer skills including MS Office Suite as evidenced by 1 year of experienceAptitude for learning system programming as evidenced by 1 year of experienceValid drivers license with acceptable driving recordPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree (2 year) in a technical capacity3+ years working in the electronic field with daily use of AC/DC theoryPower Limited Technician (PLT), Wyoming, New Mexico or other locality license, or the ability to obtain within 2 years.PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The use of power tools will be required to effectively perform this position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 6 feet. Site work job conditions are similar to typical construction projects. Work at required heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or other. Work in confined spaces as necessary.
Additional environments include office spaces, medical, industrial, warehouse, parking ramps, and other.Outdoor work including occasional adverse weather conditions or cold/heat temperatures may be required.Travel may be required.Training as required.BENEFITS:
