Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Fanuc or 2 years of other robot experience Minimum 1 year of spot and MIG welding (manual or automated) Fronius and BOSCH robotic welding background preferred. Familiarity with the 5S methodology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude Proficient in computer use and software applications Able to work well with power cutting tools, torches, air chisels and ultra-sonic weld inspection equipment; experience on the cut & etch processes an asset. Responsibilities: Service, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot process problems and implement quality improvements Collaborate with production teams, support groups, and vendors Perform preventative maintenance and document repairs in the Maintenance PM database Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives Assist in training and implementing cross-functional repairs Attend departmental and plant-wide meetings Comply with safety regulations and operational procedures Shift: 2nd (2:00pm-10:00pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) available, Overtime Required
Pay Rate: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour; based on experience
