Telecommunications Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Directly engage with homeowners to promote our clients' wireless products and services. Support customers by providing information about promotions, sales, and wireless bundles. Confidently and professionally handle confidential customer information when closing the sale. Follow up with previous subscribers to ensure consumer satisfaction and drive customer engagement. Adhere to our clients' compliance protocols and maintain professionalism at all times. Collaborate with the Telecommunications Sales Representative team to monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend enhancements as needed. Telecommunications Sales Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous background in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role. Confident in engaging directly with subscribers and effectively presenting information to potential customers. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
