Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant

Roneli Staffing, LLC is a minority-owned company in Colorado that focuses on staffing of office professionals. A well-respected small law firm client is seeking a temporary legal administrative assistant to work on-site in its downtown Denver office. The ideal candidate will work 20 hours or more per week through the end of April 2025. The duration of this temporary assignment might be extended. Paid parking.
OVERVIEW OF **
· Administrative tasks
· Draft and type correspondence
· Redline, revise, and finalize legal documents (e.g., discovery documents, pleadings, etc.)
· Retrieve, print, and send e-mail messages
· Various other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS AND *
· A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or legal secretary
· Excellent communication, customer service, and proofreading skills
· Litigation background preferred
· Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a high level of accuracy
· Professional demeanor
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word)
