*This is a 1st Shift position Monday through Friday 5:50am to 2:30pm and will transition to 2nd Shift around 01/01/25 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.


Sets up and operates thermoforming and vacuum forming machines Determines cycle times Programs machines for automatic operation Is responsible for the proper setup, operation and care of various tooling used to form parts Produces acceptable parts with minimal rejected parts Trims fixtures used for benchtop trimming and finishing Leads and helps team members perform at a high level To perform the job successfully, the individual must have the following minimum qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Minimum 3 years' experience, preferable 5 years or more with the following equipment: Single Station Rotary Pressure Forming Experienced in setting up machines to run production parts Experienced in various tooling used to form parts Experienced forming materials used in aircraft interior parts, automotive parts, commercial components Ability to identify various material types, colors, and textures Boltaron Kydex Polycarbonate ABS Styrene Ability to read and follow job instruction packets (job travelers) and edit (redline) when required Ability to read engineering drawings (blueprints), GD&T Competency working within a high level quality system (AS9100D) Experienced with the various methods for trimming formed parts Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility listed above satisfactorily.
