Grand Circle is looking for Program Directors (Tour Directors) who are willing to take risks and challenge themselves to provide travelers with unforgettable experiences on our escorted tours:
The Grand Canyon, Bryce & Zion National Parks (9 Days)Destinations: Phoenix; Tusayan; Page; Springdale; Las Vegas; Santa Fe; Albuquerque; Moab & DurangoThe American West: Cody, Yellowstone & Jackson Hole (9 Days)Destinations: Billings; Cody; West Yellowstone; Jackson Hole; Salt Lake City; Kalispell; Helena & Rapid CityQualifications:3 to 5 Years of experience guiding tours in the above destinations.Passion for the destinations, its people, culture, and traditions.Ability to connect travelers with locals beyond the touristy destinations.Knowledge of the history, everyday life, nature, and culture of the destinations.Flexibility, teamwork, and leadership skills.Ability to make quick decisions to address last-minute changes.Working Responsibilities:In charge of the quality of the entire program and to deliver an unforgettable experience to the travelers.Deliver all the information about the destination/program/schedule.Understand the expectations of the travelers (especially IC Members) and focus on their enjoyment of the trip.Reconfirm every service with vendors.Represent GCT to maintain a cordial and formal relationship with our vendors. Listen to passenger feedback, take notes, and communicate to the GCT Office.What We Offer:Salary: Competitive hourly rate and overtime pay.Gratuity: $7-$10 /person/day (Average group size: 35 pax).Incentive: Up to 40% of the base salary upon achieving Excellence goals.
