Traffic Design Engineer Location El Paso, TX (Central area) : The Opportunity: Consor is currently looking for a highly motivated Traffic Design Engineer with 1 to 3 years of Traffic design experience for the Traffic group in our El Paso, TX office. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Project drafting Project design/review Collection of data/report writing Check plans/quality control Construction cost estimating Agency coordination Construction observation/field work Other miscellaneous duties as necessary Required Credentials: 0-3 years' experience in civil engineering Experience with computer applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation and/or Civil 3D and/or Traffic design software Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to plan, schedule work and complete work assignments within established budgets and timelines Strong organizational skills Good oral and written communication skills Ability to interact with people positively and effectively in all levels of organizations Sound ethical character Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background screening including previous employment, education, criminal history, and driving record verification Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college/university E.I.T.
