Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and deliver content for internal and external training. This role involves creating multi-media audio/visual content focused on procedural training and education in areas such, Hybrid Procedures, Open Concomitant, and Pain Management. The content will cover patient selection, procedural techniques, optimal device use, and patient management.
Essential Functions:
Integrate online manuals and existing educational material.
Assist in developing strategies and various operational aspects of the Online Education and certification efforts.
Clearly communicate timelines, key milestones, and other operational details to stakeholders.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with stakeholders including 3rd party education/certification partners, course directors, accrediting organizations, etc.
Create educational content for cross-functional partners, including Sales Training, Clinical Science, Marketing, and others as requested.
Develop digital content and educational platforms for both internal and external use.
Review and process all materials requiring CMR review and approval.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a healthcare-related field.
Experience in content creation and instruction.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to quickly learn rules, policies, and procedures governing certification programs.
Experience in building relationships with physicians.
Knowledge of Operating Room Protocol; 2-3 years of operating room experience preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Ability to act independently to establish priorities, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
Proficiency with project management software and content creation tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree.
Experience with Cornerstone On-Demand LMS.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
Other Requirements:
Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed.
Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed.
