We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping individuals & sales teams succeed and grow by providing tailored training programs and continuous support. Key Responsibilities: -Develop & Deliver Training Programs: Design and facilitate training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company processes to ensure the success of our sales team. -Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the skills and knowledge gaps within the sales team and customize training programs to meet diverse needs and individual performance goals. -Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously monitor, assess, and adjust training programs to ensure they are effective and aligned with company goals and industry best practices. -Coaching & Support: Provide sales development representatives with one-on-one coaching and ongoing support, helping them improve performance and reach their targets. -Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales managers and leadership to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and propose training solutions. -Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest trends in sales, technology, and best practices to ensure the team's skills remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: -Experience: At least 3 years experience in business development and 2 years experience managing BDR teams. -Sales Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience with outbound sales techniques and best practices. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences. -Training & Coaching: Ability to assess training needs and develop customized programs that resonate with different learning styles. -Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and teaching tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and SalesLoft. -Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain training schedules. -Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Expectations: -In-Office Role: This is a full-time, on-site position. -Training Program Development: Create and refine training materials in-house based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs. -Continuous Monitoring & Assessment: Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide ongoing feedback through in-person assessments and follow-up meetings. -Collaboration & Alignment: Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions to align training efforts with company sales objectives. -Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to training, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining training records. -Proactive Enablement: When not in active training cycles, take the initiative to support underperforming sales teams and individuals, offering tailored coaching and enablement activities. -AI: Openness to experiment and evaluate AI-based sales tools Location: Ft.
