Training Specialist

As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering a high-quality training program focused on our global security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include the creation, refinement, and maintenance of comprehensive training materials and support documentation. You will ensure that all materials are accurate, relevant, and delivered in a timely manner to users.


\n Training specialist duties will include the following:Develop and maintain detailed training documentation for both basic and advanced system users.Create and update lesson plans, user guides, and simulation training videos for system users.Maintain and update training plans for various user groups.Collaborate with other work streams to plan new training initiatives.Manage and update the training environment on a closed network. Skills strongly desired or required include:Strongly desired experience and certification in security systems such as Genetec, ExacqVision, Intellex, Bosch, CCure, Hirsch, and Keywatcher.Proven ability to assist customers with remote programming and troubleshooting support.Experience in developing custom PSIM and VMS solutions tailored to unique customer policies and procedures is highly desired.Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering quality results in a timely manner.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in challenging environments.Creative problem-solving skills with a knack for out-of-the-box thinking.High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
