The Training Specialist II will harness the power of the renowned ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to meticulously craft eLearning courses tailored to the organization's needs. This pivotal role encompasses the full spectrum of instructional design, including the creation, refinement, and rollout of diverse learning modalities such as Instructor Led Training (ILT), Web-based Training (WBT), and Technical Job Aids. These resources play a vital role in supporting the seamless implementation of software solutions and driving ClarisHealth's overarching business strategies. In addition, this role extends beyond content creation to encompass broader responsibilities such as LMS administration, conducting learning assessments, generating insightful reports, and maintaining quality standards.
