Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Training Specialist.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with stakeholders to validate training requirements and evaluate training quality.
Assist with coordination of requirements identification, needs analyses, and training design, delivery, evaluation, and management.
Assist with design, development, and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders.
Participate in training conferences, facilitate and coordinate implementation of conference recommendations and materials.
Facilitate post training performance critique and development sessions.
Support enhancement of operations planning collaborative decision process utilizing improved data capabilities.
Provides live one-on-one end user training to FAA Employees.
The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications: Possess excellent computer literacy with the ability to function in FAA multi-system software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism.
Ability to be self-motivated and able to work both in a team and independently.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Highly responsive to requested needs.
Ability to work with confidential and proprietary information using utmost discretion.
Education:
Bachelor's degree must be in education, English, journalism, history, and/or political science.
Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance Years of Professional Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
