Job Title: CT Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 4x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, PACS, Contrast License: Must have a valid state license; for some locations, pending licenses may be accepted. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, and certification from the State Board of Physicians Must-Have: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions) Job Description: - Work four 12-hour shifts or four 9-hour shifts at night, including every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM). - Perform various CT exams, including dry head, dry abdomen & pelvis (sometimes with contrast), CT perfusions, CTA head and neck, CTA chests, and GI bleed exams. - Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity. - Wear wine-colored tops and black bottoms for scrubs. - Utilize the Cerner documentation system. - Complete an orientation of 28 hours; modules are completed pre-start and potentially during orientation, averaging 12 hours on modules. - All employees must have the flu vaccine, with no exemptions allowed.
