About The Position **Job Title:** CT Technician **Job Specialty:** Radiology / Cardiology **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (10:00 - 20:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 per week **Experience:** 1 year required **License:** Pending State License accepted **Certifications:** ARRT CT (must have at the time of submission) **Must-Have:** Experience with Siemens scanners, PACS, and contrasts. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. **Job Description:** - Must have experience in level 1 trauma center or large hospital settings - Shift schedule involves weekdays based on department needs and every other weekend - Must be able to perform the following CT procedures: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, CTAs, Multiplanar reconstruction - Preferred experience with IV starts, portables, biopsies, aspirations/biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, and transplant studies - Work setting experience required includes outpatient and inpatient; preferred experience in Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU - Proficiency with EPIC charting system required - No on-call duties or floating to sister facilities required - Weekend work required every other weekend - Candidates will float within the hospital service line as needed - Requires two supervisory references within the last two years at the time of submission - Orientation involves 40 hours at a reduced billable rate Note: This job does not require a COVID-19 vaccine, but a flu vaccine is required with medical/religious exemptions only. 9214028EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS - AHA Core Competency Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel adventure begins here.
