**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Home Health - Critical Need **Job Duration:** 14 weeks **Shift:** 8 hours, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week **Experience:** 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience **License:** Registered Nurse License (state where care is provided) **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support - Current California Driver's License - Proof of automobile insurance as required by law **Must-Have:** - BLS certification **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care within the home setting to patients with critical needs. - Ensure high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and execute patient care plans. - Conduct patient assessments, administrations of medication, and monitor patient conditions. - Maintain accurate, detailed records and reports on patient status and treatment plans. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate and support them in understanding their health conditions and treatments. - Perform duties with a high degree of independence, accountability, and professionalism. - Assist in the coordination of home health resources for effective care delivery. - Maintain compliance with all legal and professional requirements. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
